22 Day Bathroom Remodel Timeline

Our Team here at Pykles Remodeling and Repairs just recently finished a work of art that we are very proud of. This very special client of ours in Rancho San Diego was kind enough to take pictures of her bathing space everyday the entire time her bathroom was being remodeled. The whole project cost totaled $34,000 and took a little over 22 days to complete. The project in a nutshell was to remove the old fiberglass jetted tub, toilet, sinks, vanity, tile counter top, light fixtures, medicine cabinets, mirrors, faucets, electrical boxes, switches, cover plates, door casing, door jams, base board, vinyl flooring, carpet, tile walls over the tub and backing to the studs, the old vent air registers and sliding closet doors, frames and finished flooring in the closet. And then install a new tiled shower floor and walls finished with an American Standard shower valve and trim, an Invisia fold down shower seat and Moen grab bar with shelf in the shower, all encased by a Serenity style exposed roller shower enclosure with polished stainless steel hardware and 3/8″ clear safety glass by Arizona Shower Door. The project also included installing a new Kohler memoirs Comfort Height toilet, new 32″ high Cherry wood Herrington style full overlay Kemper vanity cabinets with matching trim in their Cranberry finish topped with a 96″ long Colonial White granite counter top with two Western Pottery oval undermount lavatory sinks. To accompany the counter top and sinks we installed a duo of tilting oval mirrors by Moen and Berwick style lavatory faucets by American Standard. The Berwick style trim was also used...
